Butterflies by Robin Moses

I began my nails with a really pretty polish I got from my sister: Sally Hansen New Lengths Ceramic Porcelain Ivory.  Just putting this base on really made my nails look nice, it's also a really smooth layer.  Anyways, then I followed a few of the Robin Moses tutorials http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QHWGFIpJEOM and http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LZvsWCudkpE and then proceeded to make my own recreation using a rainbow gradient across my nails.  It was a strange feeling wishing I had one more finger so I could put a colour on each one.  When I was done I then added a bit of glitter using Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear Disco Ball 180.  I use this a lot to sprinkle some fairy dust on my nail art :-)
This is my base coat.  You can't tell how smooth it is, but it is a really nice base for a french manicure.  I'm sure I'll be using it a lot in the future.
