I began with wet n wild French White Creme and then since I don't have a fan brush I used a bright pink from The Color Workshop with hardly any polish on the brush to do the stroke motion to try to achieve the same effect shown in the tutorial here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9zm5Cr-flNQ. This didn't work so well, but who cares it's in the corner and hopefully people will be looking at the branches. Next I used my Quo by Orly black striping brush to put the branches on and mixed my red and white acrylic paint with the red paint and dotted on my cherry blossoms. I added some cherry blossoms to the bottoms but didn't like the way it looked so I went over them with white. I hope it's not too noticeable. The fast drying top coat I used by Sally Hansen I think blurred them a bit, but the coolness of this design is still there.
