Blue striping tape design

This design by @nailsbylins was supposed to be an ombre, but when it came time to adding the light colour after fighting with the striping tape I decided I didn't want to fight with a sponge too so I did the whole nail light blue after the tape was applied (note to self: light colour goes first, dark colour goes next).
Other than the colour combo wrong the way I did it, I like the result.  My base colour is Sally Hansen Xtreme wear 420 Pacific Blue and the light blue is my dollar store nail polish from over a decade ago from Misslyn, no colour listed.
Oh, I also omitted the silver she did in the dark blue lines, however it might look good with silver in the light blue diamonds too....
